One capsule three times a day.

DO'S AND DON'TS
Do's

1. Practice morning walk for at least one hour every day.
2.  Prefer bland diet.
3. Regularity in dietary habits and eating of leafy vegetables and fruits is advised.
4. Consumption of cow’s milk, cow’s ghee is useful.

Don'ts

1. Avoid fried things, pulses and their preparation.
2. Avoid groundnut oil, buffalo ghee and buffalo milk.
3. Avoid alcoholic drinks and consumption of excessive tea and coffee.
4.  Avoid physical and mental stress, keeping awake for a longer time in the night.
5.  Avoid constipating food recipes.
